Expressions of Interest
The Vendors are seeking initial Expressions of Interest, by the 31st August 2016.
Nocks Newsagency has experienced a strong revenue base over previous years with only marginal changes year on year. Forecasted revenue for FY15 is set to improve marginally over FY14, however the gross profit margin has increased by more than 8% to 38% since FY13. The vendors attribute this to actions taken to further diversify the business into stronger business lines such as stationery, gifts and services along with better purchasing given the downturns being experienced in the newsagency sector due to online access to new and magazine content. A detailed Information Memorandum is available to review by interested parties, including current and historical financial statements and other commercial information.
