Membership Portal

If you have chosen a membership with JPAbusiness Pty Ltd by clicking on “Choose Silver”, “Choose Gold” or “Choose Platinum” on the page relating to Membership, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the chosen Membership, in addition to the following terms and conditions, and in addition to the other terms and conditions set out above.

  • Your membership is for a period of 12 months from when you became a member and will continue for subsequent periods of 12 months each, unless either you or JPAbusiness serve notice to the contrary via your Account Settings to cancel or change the membership prior to the end of the then current period.

  • The membership fees are payable via credit card, either upfront for 12 months, or per month for 12 months. By providing your credit card details, you are authorising JPAbusiness to debit your credit card with your membership fees as they fall due. If any such fee is due but unpaid, JPAbusiness may terminate your membership in which case you will have no entitlement to any refund of monies already paid.

  • All advice and digital resources provided to you are subject to the same limitations of liability as are set out above relating to the materials on the JPAbusiness website, whether or not they were supplied via the JPAbusiness website.
